Getting Started

Do you service my area?

We cover most of the cities in Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, Northamptonshire, East Sussex and West Sussex. Please feel free to contact us to find out more on Contact us

How much will it cost?

We base the price on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in the home, and include the kitchen and living room for free! Select the number and the price is shown instantly on the booking form.

What is included in a standard cleaning?

Standard cleaning takes into account everything that involves cleaning a home or apartment.  Cleaning/vacuuming floors, cleaning bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dusting, etc.  We also offer extra services like cleaning inside the fridge and inside the oven, and those can be selected on the booking form when you select service.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products and equipment?

You can use our Top Up extra when ordering where we can bring bin bags, toilet rolls etc as well as cleaning products. If you have a particular solution that you’d like us to use please be sure to hand it to the cleaners before they start

Alternatively, you can also provide us with cleaning products in the property and we’ll advise you when they’re running low.

Can I request special tasks or extras?

Pricing & Policies

Can I apply a coupon to an existing appointment?

You can apply a coupon to a future appointment by logging into your account and clicking your name in the top right hand corner. You can then select “redeem voucher” and enter your code. The system will automatically apply the code to your next appointment. You can not apply your coupon to past appointment that are already completed.

How long will my cleaning take?

All of our bookings come with an estimate of how long we think it’ll take us to do a job well done. Our cleaners are not incentive’s to rush their work, with our focus being more on leaving you happy with your home. That said, sometimes they’ll be faster (or slower) than the estimated time.

Why is the discount not working?

Some discounts are for first time customers only and some are for recurring customers only. In addition, some discounts are only one-time, and will not work for future service. There might be a couple reasons why a specific discount code no longer works. Please get in touch if you have any questions.

Why the time window?

Please note that if your time is a range then this is our arrival window to deal with the unpredictability of traffic, parking, and other surprises.

Trust and Safety

Can I trust my cleaning professional?

You bet! We do a TON of vetting to make sure we have top-notch crews. On top of that we’re always here to help resolve any issues.

What happens if something goes wrong during my appointment?

If something goes wrong we’re here to make it right. Please let us know right away and we’ll be there to take care of it.  That’s our promise to you!

Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

We have three levels of security in place. First off our booking page is protected by extended validation SSL. Secondly our booking form has it’s own layer of 256 bit security.  Third, credit card transactions are processed by stripe and is layered on their own 256 security protocol. In addition, no credit card numbers are stored in our system (only a token that allows us to charge the card).  Rest assured we take security very seriously.

Do the cleaning professionals go through a background check?

We rigorously vet all of our Cleaners, who undergo identity checks as well as in-person interviews.

What is your 100% satisfaction guarantee policy?

If you’re not content with your cleaning, we will come out and re-clean (within a 7 day window). If you still don’t think we did a good enough job to recommend us to your friends, we’ll refund your money.
